At Copa de Arbol, private dining offers an intimate, elevated experience in a dedicated loft space overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This space is reserved entirely for you and beautifully prepared with tropical floral arrangements and attentive service from the hotel’s culinary and team. Guests select a customized menu, with options ranging from fresh seafood and surf-and-turf to vegetarian and vegan dishes, paired with a wine, champagne, or non-alcoholic beverage of choice. Ideal for couples, honeymoons, anniversaries, or special celebrations, private dining provides a quiet, refined evening set apart from the rest of the resort. Private dining can be requested during your stay. Please allow a few days’ notice so all details can be curated and personalized.

Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled date during Green Season and 90 days prior during High Season
