Depart directly from the shoreline of Copa de Arbol and boat to the La Sirena Ranger Station to venture into the true wild of Costa Rica.

Established in 1975, the 105,000 acre Corcovado National Park on the Osa Peninsula stands as a testament to the abundant biodiversity of Costa Rica. Comprising 13 diverse ecosystems, 2.5% of the planets biodiversity, while hosting a plethora of wildlife and endless beauty.

Earning the title by National Geographic as "the most biologically intense place on Earth". This virgin, coastal, tropical lowland rainforest has become a beacon for scientists, researchers, and nature lovers globally.

Venture into the park with a knowledgeable guide and explore the shady trails to experience a true rainforest adventure. Hike along as our guide shares historical stories and their deep understanding of the wilderness. See wildlife up-close and personal and view even further through the lens of our guide’s scope. Before you depart, enjoy a delicious full plate of lunch, we encourage you to take a moment to visit the shop and informational museum.

  • WHAT TO BRING: Secure sandals, tennis shoes or hiking boots (due to varying terrains), lightweight long pants, hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, camera, and extra water.
  • ACCESS: Booking in advance is essential due to limited park access.
  • BOOKING INFORMATION: Book with your resort reservation or call our U.S. contact. Ensure bookings are made 60 days prior due to park regulations.
  • DOUBLE OCC. REQUIRED

Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled date during Green Season and 90 days prior during High Season

Hotel credit will be issued, minus permit fee ($27) per person. 

What wildlife can I expect to see during the Corcovado National Park tour?

While every visit is unique, the park is home to iconic species such as the Baird’s tapirs, jaguars, pumas, scarlet macaws, and squirrel monkeys. Depending on the season, you might also see dolphins and humpback whales during the boat rides.
