ABOUT THE TOUR
This tour departs directly from the shoreline of Copa de Arbol, taking you out into the open Pacific Ocean alongside knowledgeable local guides in search of whales and dolphins. Costa Rica is one of the few places in the world visited by two distinct humpback whale populations, with peak whale-watching season running from July through November. While humpback sightings are seasonal, our resident dolphin and false orca populations remain in these waters year-round, often traveling in large, energetic pods. Along the way, your guide will share insights into Costa Rica’s marine ecosystems and coastal history, while you keep watch for seabirds, sea turtles, and other ocean wildlife. Light snacks and refreshments are provided on board for your comfort. As with all wildlife experiences, sightings are never guaranteed and depend on ocean conditions and the natural movement of marine life. This tour operates with a four-person minimum; guests are welcome to book privately with fewer participants, with the minimum rate applied. Great for families, couples and adventurers alike!

Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled date during Green Season and 90 days prior during High Season
