Explore the heart of the rainforest and immerse yourself in a rare, highly biodiverse ecosystem within a private reserve located in the Golfo Dulce Forest Reserve. Embark from the shoreline of the hotel, on a ten minute boat ride to Drake Bay. This primary rainforest represents one of the most rich ecosystems along the Central American Pacific coast and offers an exclusive experience led by a professional, knowledgeable naturalist guide. Hike along well-maintained trails through dramatic landscapes, observe rich interactions between native flora and fauna, and enjoy pristine rivers where you can cool off along the way. At the conclusion of the experience, the tour makes a stop at the Los Planes Corcovado Ranger Station before continuing on to a delicious lunch served by a local tico family. This tour is the perfect alternative to those looking to explore an area much like the Corcovado National Park without the 45-60 minute boat ride.
